Felix supplies architectural linear luminaires, straight aluminum profiles, curved profiles, optical lenses and diffusers, LED modules, drivers and mounting accessories. Depending on the product series, we can supply individual components, system kits or assembled luminaires. The included parts and assembly scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Yes. We work with lighting brands and manufacturers on existing product platforms and custom designs. Customization can include profile dimensions, lengths, finishes, mounting details and optical configurations. Share your drawings and target specifications so we can assess manufacturing feasibility, component compatibility, tooling needs and the scope of development.
Our capabilities cover structural and optical development, profile cutting and drilling, bending, CNC machining and product assembly. We consider how the housing, optics, LED modules and mounting components work together, helping you develop a product that can be manufactured and assembled. The required processes are agreed for each design.
Yes. Optical options across our range include opal diffusers, microprismatic optics, narrow-beam lenses, batwing distributions and asymmetric optics. Share the LED module, profile dimensions and intended application so we can identify suitable options. Optical compatibility and the resulting light distribution need to be assessed for the selected configuration.
Yes. Samples can be arranged for product evaluation. Let us know the model, configuration and quantity required, and we will confirm availability, sample cost and preparation time. For customized products, drawings and sample approval requirements should be agreed before production.
You can request product drawings, specifications, installation instructions and available IES photometric files. DIALux support can also be discussed for the selected luminaire and application. Please provide the exact model and configuration so we can confirm which documents and data apply to your request.
MOQ and lead time vary with the product series, finish, order volume and any custom tooling or processing. Please provide both sample and production quantities when requesting a quote. We will confirm the applicable order requirements and estimated schedule for the selected configuration.
Send the product model or drawing, quantities, dimensions, finish, mounting method and delivery destination. For kits or finished luminaires, include the required light distribution, color temperature, output, input voltage and dimming method.
